The tools are extremely well made, and perfect for any firepit. They are heavy duty and should last a very long time. You can tell time was taken to individually make the tools and ship them because each tool was individually wrapped to protect from any damage.

I'm so glad I searched around for fire pit tools and found Cutting Edge Metals and didn't settle for anything less. I bought a set for my father for Christmas and it was easily his favorite present of the year. He is a fire pit guy and has had a large custom pit at every house he has ever owned. He has never before had tools that were equal to the quality of his fire pit but now he does! Would highly recommend. Super quality, high-end craftsmanship and durability. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service as well.

Not only is is utilitarian, but it seems to be well made and should last. This set is heavy duty enough that if you have to put some stout on it, it is not going to bend or break. My wife and I wish we had gotten this equipment before the other stuff. One last thing, it looks good enough for us to put it in our living roonm.

Fantastic set of tools

After searching local stores and numerous online sites, I purchased the 45" heavy-duty fire pit tool set in the black finish as a gift. Our friends have a very large fire pit and all the tools I saw were flimsy, the wrong type/design, and not long enough. The only other quality set I could find is made by the Amish, and it is MUCH more expensive than the Cutting Edge Metal tools--and I would be willing to bet that they are not any better than CEM's tools! These 3 tools are beautiful, almost works of art, in my opinion, and I love the fact that they are American-made.
Also, I got a phone call from the owner. He was concerned because when I placed the order online I asked if it could be expedited, if possible. It was right after Christmas, and he said they had sold all their 45" tool sets. So my order would need to be custom made, and it would take awhile. He was wonderful to talk to, and I so appreciated the fact that he went to the trouble to reach out and explain the reason for the delay. Of course I didn't mind the wait...we gave the tools to our friends this past weekend and they were blown away by how awesome they were! We are looking forward to our next fire pit visit. I highly recommend these products to everyone with either a fireplace or fire pit. Thanks, Cutting Edge Metals!

These tools are the perfect size for a fire pit. They are also very sturdy and well built.

We had just built a large fire pit and were looking for quality products. We knew they were when they arrived and we received them relatively quickly for what seemed to be a custom order.
