Fix my issue in one day

When I received my fire pit tongs it was not exactly as advertised so I emailed Cutting Edge Metals. I was contacted almost immediately and resolved the problem by sending me upgraded tongs that still arrived before Christmas and was told to keep the original tongs as well. The new tongs are great. I could not be happier with the product and service I experienced.

Purchased these for my outdoor fire pit. They are great! Long enough to keep you away from the fire when using and strong enough to pick up firewood without twisting or bending. Great product I would highly recommend.

AWESOME. Heavy duty, sturdy, great looking, functional, perfect length, the twist on the handle is a very nice touch and all my neighbors are in awe and yes I have already passed along the information so they can look at some items as well.

I bought this as a gift for my neighbors outside fire pit. He loves the durability and size of the logs the tongs can handle. His wife loves the look of the twist on the handle. I love that they always invite me over for the fires! I'm sure these tongs will last!
